Raëd Fathallah

Partner, Bredin Prat

Dr. Raëd Fathallah is a partner with Bredin Prat in Paris and heads its international arbitration practice.  With over 25 years of experience, he has acted as counsel or arbitrator, in around 200 international commercial and Investor-State arbitrations under the major institutional rules (ICC, LCIA, ICSID, PCA, DIAC and SIAC) and spanning a variety of industries.

  

He is a Vice President of the LCIA and member of the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators and Conciliators.

 

Raëd is recognized as a leading arbitration practitioner by major directories including as a “Global Elite Thought Leader” in Lexology and as “Top Litigator” for France in Benchmark. In 2014, Raëd was awarded the prestigious ASA Prize for Advocacy in International Arbitration in 2014.
