The Innovation Conference 2026 will focus on the Swiss Arbitration Centre’s New Supplemental Swiss Rules for Trust, Estate and Foundation Disputes (TEF Rules), exploring their conception, practical implementation, and potential impact on dispute resolution in private wealth matters.
