The Innovation Conference 2026 will focus on the Swiss Arbitration Centre’s New Supplemental Swiss Rules for Trust, Estate and Foundation Disputes (TEF Rules), exploring their conception, practical implementation, and potential impact on dispute resolution in private wealth matters. The conference will consist of two panels, bringing together the drafters of the TEF Rules to discuss the key considerations behind their development, as well as experienced practitioners and “users” perspectives. During the conference, the speakers will dive deep into the application of the TEF Rules in theory, in practice and how they may shape the future of private wealth arbitration.
The Gala Dinner at the InterContinental Hotel features a cocktail reception followed by a formal dinner. Attendance is not included with conference passes but can be added during registration, with a limited number of individual tickets available onsite subject to approval and availability. This event offers an excellent opportunity to network and connect with fellow professionals in an elegant setting.
Business as Usual? How Arbitration Best Meets Business Expectations
Arbitration was designed to deliver fast, practical justice for business. This conference reimagines that promise—showing how commercial tools and technology can make arbitration even sharper, faster, and more business-focused. Three sessions explore what arbitration can learn from business, how to apply those lessons in practice, and how technology can drive the next leap in efficiency.
