Senior Litigation Manager, Hewlett Packard Entreprises (HPE)
Laura Pavese serves as Senior Litigation Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise with responsibility of the litigation portfolio across multiple countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa (Italy, Greece, Israel, Turkey, Central Europe, MEMA). Laura is based in Milan and is responsible, in her role, for significant litigation dockets (>$2M or Sensitive by the Corporation) and support to country counsels on overall litigation portfolio (case strategy, legal and financial risk assessment). Laura oversees the relevant reporting corporate duties (EFR/Quarterly Reporting/Auditors) and manages Outside Counsels (including litigation budgets) within the jurisdictions in scope on any litigation related matters typical to the IT Sector (Services, Products and IP).
Laura joined HPE (HP up to 2015) in 2009 and previously held a number of senior attorney positions in Electronic Data Systems (EDS- now DXC) and Philips Automation S.p.A.(now Project Automation Spa). Her roles included business support on complex IPT- IT Services Outsourcing Projects and M&A, including Human Resources function support on Employment, and Union related legislation. Prior to being an inhouse counsel, Laura worked in boutique private practices in Milan and London (Traverso & Associati, Pavia & Ansaldo, Pritchard & Englefield).
Laura Pavese holds an Italian university law degree (Università degli Studi di Milano) and is admitted to the Milan Bar. As German mother tongue, she received her school education and A-Level at the Milan German School.
