Simon Bianchi

Simon is a Senior Associate at LALIVE in Geneva specializing in international commercial and investment arbitration with expertise in both civil law and common law jurisdictions. He advises and represents clients in complex disputes in a variety of industries, including in renewables, life sciences, and construction. Simon has acted as counsel and tribunal secretary in arbitrations under various procedural rules, including the ICC, UNCITRAL, LCIA, and Swiss Rules. He also represents parties before the Swiss Federal Supreme Court in proceedings for the setting aside of arbitral awards.
